No Emergency Services
The Bodhi Clinic is not an emergency medical facility.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled through our online system, phone, or other approved methods.
We kindly request 48 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in our clinic policies.
Repeated missed appointments may impact future scheduling availability.

Health Coaching and Non-Medical Services
Health coaching services are intended to support lifestyle and wellness goals and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Coaching services do not establish a provider–patient relationship unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Psychiatry and Therapy Services
Mental health services provided through The Bodhi Clinic include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy services.
Therapy and psychiatric care require active participation from the patient and may involve coordination of care when clinically appropriate.
We reserve the right to recommend higher levels of care when necessary for safety or clinical appropriateness.
Telehealth Services
