Once your initial appointment is scheduled, you will receive mandatory intake forms that will need to be completed no later than 48 hours before your visit time. This helps ensure that your provider can enter your appointment ready to work on your individualized treatment plan.

After that, welcome to The Bodhi collective! Schedule all further follow up appointments as needed and/or recommended by your provider.

At The Bodhi Clinic, we have chosen to operate as a cash-pay practice specifically so that we can prioritize your well-being over insurance company paperwork. By stepping outside the traditional insurance model, we are no longer restricted by the rigid "codes" or time limits that often dictate how a doctor can treat a patient. This freedom allows us to offer you much longer appointments, deeper diagnostic investigation, and a truly personalized care plan that integrates family medicine, mental health, and spiritual coaching without a third party deciding what is "medically necessary." In our clinic, the only people making decisions about your health are you and your provider.

This model also allows us to be completely transparent with our pricing, ensuring there are no surprise bills or hidden fees weeks after your visit. Because we don't have to maintain the massive administrative staff required to process insurance claims, we can reinvest those resources directly into your care—providing more holistic therapies and a higher level of accessibility. We believe that by removing the middleman, we can return to the heart of medicine: a dedicated, unhurried relationship focused entirely on helping you achieve lasting vitality.

We do accept HSA/FSA. We also will provide a superbill, in which you may attempt to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

The Bodhi Clinic values you as a patient and looks forward to caring for you. We do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care; however, The Bodhi Clinic must also value our Providers and their time.

We have a cancellation notice policy of at least a 48 business hours notice.

There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the visit if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, this excludes a no-show or same-day cancellation.

No-Show or a same-day cancellation fee is 100% of the cost of the visit. 

Please complete all paperwork at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to allow the provider ample time to review your history. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling of the appointment.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, available by appointment only.
