Samantha Carry, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Specialties: Family Medicine, Functional Medicine

Samantha (She/Her/Hers) has had a strong desire from an early age to help people reach their fullest potential. Beginning with an interest in behavioral therapy, she majored in Community Psychology. While her experience working in Mental Health was enriching, it inevitably brought her to the realization that mental health alone is not enough to heal the whole person. As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, her current passions and interest lie in a Preventative Medicine model that includes understanding the root-cause of disease and collaborating with patients to establish a treatment plan that suits their individual needs.

Samantha currently specializes in Family Medicine, Women's Health, Perinatal Mental Health and Functional Medicine. She is also currently enrolled in the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Certification program. It is her goal to offer safe, evidence-based treatment, as well as help people optimize their health and enhance their vitality.

Samantha works with ages 0-99 (18+ for obesity & psychiatric evaluations);

Dr. Kelly Albert, DNP, APRN, MSN

Specialties: Family Medicine, Adult Psychiatry

Dr. Kelly Albert has worked in a variety of settings with patients across the lifespan, including aiding adolescents and adults in managing their mental health conditions.

Dr. Albert has a passion for helping patients manage their chronic medical conditions in an effort to promote their achievement in living lives that feel good to them. She has experience treating chronic mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PMDD, and ADHD. She carries out a patient-centered approach that acknowledges patients as partners in their care by providing education to allow informed decision making and collaboration as well as promote quality outcomes.

Dr. Albert provides health and psychiatric assessments and prescribes medications for ages 10+. She also enjoys working with women’s health issues. Dr. Albert is fluent in Spanish.

Location: Dr. Albert offers appointments via telehealth only.

Education: BSN, Metropolitan State University in St. Paul & DNP, Winona State University.

Emma Stedronsky, APRN, WHNP-BC

Specialties: Women’s Health, Functional Medicine

Emma Stedronsky is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in Women’s Health, Men’s Sexual Health and Functional Medicine. She has worked in a variety of settings with patients, including Gynecology, Integrative Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Emma has a passion for helping patients manage their sexual health, with a specialized interest in hormonal therapy. It is her goal to assist her patients in utilizing health and wellness to return to optimal functioning. She has experience treating both acute and chronic conditions such as PCOS, infertility, menopause, perimenopause, adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, and more. She carries out a patient-centered approach that acknowledges patients as partners in their care by providing education to allow informed decision making and collaboration as well as promote quality outcomes.

Emma provides whole health assessments for women, sexual health assessments for men, and sees patients ages 13+.

Location: Emma offers appointments via telehealth only.
